Alex

"Hey, it's no problem, really" I assured him.

I noticed he was drenched from the rain. How he didn't freeze to death out in the rain was beyond me.

"How about a towel?" I asked, he gave an awkward smile and nodded.

When I handed him a towel he pulled off his hood and unzipped his coat. Before, I could just barely see his face under the hood, but now I could see him clearly now.

Alex pretty much looked like I remembered he did. He was shorter than me and had a relatively small frame making him pretty light. Freckles spread across his cheeks and shoulders. He had shoulder length straight raven-black hair, his bangs tucked behind his ears. Now I know it's odd of me to notice, but his face was kind of rounded and soft, that along with his plump lips, button nose and thin eye brows were the reason behind a lot of teasing back in school, most of the ass-holes would tease him and say he looks like a girl, now I know I'm his friend but I couldn't help but think that on occasion too, but it's not like he asked to be born like that.

I handed him a towel and he started to dry off, his shirt was virtually dry but his pants were pretty soaked.

"Hey, I could probably find you a dry pair of pants if you want..." I offered, he glanced at his soaked jeans. He looked back up and gave me another awkward smile.

"That would be really nice" he answered.

I went to go find a decent pair he could use. Knowing Alex was a lot smaller than me I searched for the smallest pair. I eventually found a pair that was smaller than the other ones, but only by one size. When he put them on they still seemed to be too big for him, they sagged and made it seem more of a fashion statement then anything else. They were so large on him he had to hold them up to prevent from them falling. We both couldn't help but laugh.

"I have a spare room down the hall, all it has in it is a bed and a TV, but I'm not using it for anything so feel free to make it your own" I suggested, he just nodded in confirmation.
