Bobbie the Ballerina Boy!

Bobbie Lynn looked absolutely adorable in the pink ballet-leotard, shiny white tights, and teensy pink dance slippers his mommy had just bought him as an early surprise for his birthday. Fastening the fluffy, frilly pink tutu around his waist, she cooed smilingly, "Looks yummy like cotton-candy, doesn't it baby-doll?" Bobbie giggled delightfully, "It does, mommy and I love it very much!"

Elaine adored her "Daughter Days" with her youngest son, Bobbie. She had another son, 7 years older than Bobbie, and when she found out she was pregnant hoped fervently this time for a girl. Disappointment gave way to clever resourcefulness with Elaine deciding to simply have the younger Bobbie (She named him 'Bobbie Lynn' for the androgyny of the name), be her sometimes 'daughter." And he took to the role with delight.
"Being a girl is fun!" Bobbie would say.

Elaine kept Bobbie Lynn's deep-chestnut hair in a straight bob, flirty bangs gracing his darling forehead. He looked like she did at that tender, young age and often told Bobbie so. Bobbie often wore leotards and tights that his mommy laid out for him. Smooth and soft and so silky feeling, Bobbie just loved sashaying around the house in a pretty pair of tights. Most of all he adored his "Daughter Days" with his mommy. Bobbie got to wear pretty panties and dresses, skirts and girl shoes. He loved getting his little finger and toenails polished.
Today they were sparkly-pink!

Today, young Bobbie Lynn was a pretty little ballerina girl. He was astonished at the beautiful birthday cake, pink and white-chiffon icing with a toy ballerina on top. Everything that a boy who likes being a "mommy's girl" was provided for him on that special day. A sparkly tiara was placed on his head, "For my precious Princess and Ballerina Doll!" Elaine proclaimed.
Bobbie Lynn giggled girlishly.
This was the best birthday a boy could ever have!
