Neighborhood Restaurant Surprise - Kimi

Some of them seemed to enjoy spending some time with an older and more experienced man while others were clearly looking for a father figure. Either way, I’d had a lot of fun over the years with sexy young college girls who worked at this great little restaurant and bar.
I got my chance to talk with Kimi for a few moments later in the evening when she was refreshing my drink while her minder was delivering entrees to a table across the room.
After introducing myself again by first name, I asked Kimi, “Are you from the Philippine Islands?”
“Yes,” came the small voice and slightly shy answer followed by a pretty smile.
“Are you here to attend university?” I asked.
“Yes, I’m studying English,” Kimi answered flawlessly with little a very light accent.
“I’m impressed that your English is so clear. You must have studied very hard,” I told her.

She was complimented and grinned widely with eyes that smiled brightly and told me that she had studied since primary school in an all English school in her country. She also let me know that she was working on a graduate degree in English as she had already completed undergraduate work in Singapore.
I was very impressed and let her know. She was appreciative and it was clear that we had hit it off well. But, at about that time Crystal returned to mind her trainee slave for the evening and that was all the conversation I was able to make with Kimi until later.
As prepared to leave, donning my coat and hat, I made sure that I had one of my business cards ready. I’d written a brief note about how I’d like to learn more about the Philippines and Singapore and included my personal email address.

Fortunately I was able to slip the card to Kimi without being seen by the other staff as she stopped by the table to say goodbye while I stood. I had learned from past romances that letting the others know was a deal killer as they would all talk, tease, and embarrass each other.
